Bourbon Pecan Pie
This is probably the best pecan pie I have ever had. Completely calorie free too... (And if you believe that I've got a bridge to sell you.)
Place pecans into pie shell. Combine all other ingredients & pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

- 1 - 9" pie shell
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 tbs bourbon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Place pecans into pie shell. Combine all other ingredients & pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
